First time customer experience was overall good! Still cheaper than most but not compromising on quality work. Mike(owner), Justin and the team took care of some handlebar work and we all know how much fun that is. Anyway new bars, bike has more of a classic look. My dog Harley was also impressed.

I took my bike for an annual service for the first time to EPM this past week. Mike and his team were outstanding to work with and I was very pleased with the customer service these guys provide. I told Mike the bike now rides more smoothly than ever before. Glad I found this place—highly recommend it.

I took my 1994 Honda to replace the stater. And they did it in a timely manner. They were very good and Mike is a great person. I don't give that many reviews, but I was very, very happy with their work.
