I recently had my 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan serviced at EPM and they did a great job. They serviced the clutch, changed all the fluids, break pads and tuned it up and did a fantastic job. It did take some time but they gave me the heads up before I dropped it off that it might. They were very responsive to my texts for updates and, most important, they did a great job. I definitely recommend them. Read less

A little over a month ago, I had EPM completely go over my 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800EFI. Belt, brakes (front & rear), plugs, lubrication, etc. Great job by them. When I had a question about their work, they actually came and picked it up and brought it back to the shop, in order to double check all the work performed, at no charge! Couldn't be more satisfied with EPM. Everyone that I had contact with, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend EPM Motorsports to anyone who needs service for their atv. Very satisfied customer. And will definitely be a returning customer. Read less

This is from someone who knows how to work on bikes (but lacks the time and some specialized tools): EPM is an amazing mechanic shop. I've dealt with a litany of shops before -- for cars and motorbikes -- EPM is the best of them all, ever. They're honest and upfront about everything, and they use an amazing online platform that allows you to be in full control of the work that they propose needs to be done. I first came to them when I had an accident on my Honda PCX, and they dealt with my insurance and everything was handled. Because everything went so great that time around, I had them also handle a series of maintenance tasks for my 40k mile Suzuki Bergman. The cherry on top is they got that classic Chicago/Midwest friendliness to boot. Read less
