I took my scooter to EPM for some repairs, I knew I was in good hands when I ran into my childhood friend there picking up his scooter. My friend told me he has been a customer for many years, and that he has been happy with their service. I had my oil change and repairs done at EPM, and I was happy with their service and pricing as new customer. I would recommend EPM to my friends and family. Read less

You can really judge the integrity of a shop by how they treat people who just need some simple help. I came in needing just a few washers for my bike, and Mike spent genuine time helping me get the right ones. He gave me honest, expert advice and went completely out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. That kind of honesty is hard to find in Chicago. I recently had my 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan serviced at EPM and they did a great job. They serviced the clutch, changed all the fluids, break pads and tuned it up and did a fantastic job. It did take some time but they gave me the heads up before I dropped it off that it might. They were very responsive to my texts for updates and, most important, they did a great job. I definitely recommend them. Read less
