I was sent to EPM by my previous mechanic Scott Lunt, now retired, with an not straightforward problem: my 2003 BMW F650CS was vandalized during a heist ( multiple areas of damage including ignition). Mike and his team methodically and frugally addressed the issues, bringing the motorcycle back to rideable conditions. In addition to the shear mechanical prowess of the EPM team, I enjoyed the clear communications including detailed electronic work estimates. This may be a relatively young shop, however, it is run efficiently and effectively under Mike Hani's guidance. I will certainly bring my motorcycle back to EPM for maintenance and repairs and you should consider them too. The photos show part of the damage that EPM repaired. This is from someone who knows how to work on bikes (but lacks the time and some specialized tools): EPM is an amazing mechanic shop. I've dealt with a litany of shops before -- for cars and motorbikes -- EPM is the best of them all, ever. They're honest and upfront about everything, and they use an amazing online platform that allows you to be in full control of the work that they propose needs to be done. I first came to them when I had an accident on my Honda PCX, and they dealt with my insurance and everything was handled. Because everything went so great that time around, I had them also handle a series of maintenance tasks for my 40k mile Suzuki Bergman. Great shop. Great work. They took care of my bike after it got stolen. Dealt with insurance and a lot of back and forth. This was my first bike and they took the time to answer all my questions. As a woman, they were great. None of the condescending stuff I’ve had with other mechanics. Just great overall. Read less

These ppl are the freaking BEST!!! I stopped in for some Engine Ice during a recent trip through Chicago after nearly overheating in traffic. They not only had what I needed in stock at a reasonable price, but let me use a funnel to get my FJR right w/ coolant.
