Estimates provided are approximations based on the anticipated work and are intended to give you a general idea of the expected costs and timing for services requested. Due to possible unexpected complications, the actual costs may deviate from the initial estimate.
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the commencement of repair work as described, along with the procurement of necessary materials. This authorization includes permission to operate the vehicle for on-road testing and inspection purposes.
Should additional repairs become necessary beyond those described in the initial work order, we will inform you and provide a revised work order detailing the cost of additional parts and labor along with the total revised cost.
All parts used are new unless otherwise specified. Deposits made are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be accepted on special ordered items or electrical parts. There is no warranty on used parts or parts supplied by the customer.
You agree that we are not responsible for the loss or damage to your vehicle or articles left inside, including but not limited to losses caused by fire, theft, or any other causes beyond our control. Additionally, we are not liable for delays in service delivery due to unavailability of parts, or delays caused by parts suppliers or transporters.
You have the right to be informed of any additional repairs needed and their associated costs before authorizing such repairs. If repairs are needed that exceed the authorized estimated amount, your explicit approval will be required before proceeding.
We will maintain communication with you regarding your vehicle’s repair progress. Only repairs that have been authorized by you will be performed.
A lien will be placed on all vehicles until the repair costs are paid in full. Should you fail to pick up your vehicle within two days after the completion of services, a storage fee of $75.00 per day will be charged.
